Common questions
What can these puzzles help me practise?
MindQuest is being designed for spatial reasoning, navigation and attention practice. A review of spatial-training research found improvements in trained and related spatial skills. Results depend on the activity and the person. MindQuest itself has not yet been evaluated. Puzzle scores do not measure IQ or diagnose health conditions.
Are the new apps available yet?
The new Quest apps are in development. These websites show the direction we are building towards. Public download links will appear here when the apps are ready.
Do I need an account? Can I use the apps offline?
MindQuest is planned for offline solo practice, with optional Quest account linking. Shared online features will need an account and internet connection. No credit card is needed. Availability will be confirmed before launch.
What happens if I cancel Quest Premium?
Your subscription runs until the end of your billing period, plus a 1-week grace period. After that, your account switches back to Free — you keep all your data, progress, and history. Nothing is deleted. You just lose access to premium features until you resubscribe.
What happens if a Quest Group plan is cancelled?
If the person paying cancels, everyone on the plan keeps Quest Premium until the billing period ends plus the 1-week grace period. After that, all members move to Free unless they start their own subscription.
Does Quest Premium work across all Quest apps?
Yes. One subscription unlocks Quest Premium in all Quest apps. You don't pay per app and never will.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier never expires and will never go away. Use it as long as you want.
Will you ever add ads?
We will never run ads or sell your data. We rely on good engineering to keep costs low and premium subscriptions to keep the lights on.
